When trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle, it’s important to have a proper balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

The goal is to consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables; avoid processed, fried, and sugary foods; and obtain a sufficient amount of exercise on a daily basis. Remember, there is no shortcut to weight loss.
