Follow me on this Tune-Up journey. This is going to be up close and personal. We all need accountability and support. Be my accountability and support by checking in to see my progress every week. I will share weigh ins with you, my Diet Diary, favorite recipes, exercise, my favorite coaching videos, and who knows what other surprises lay ahead. My goal is to get back to my target Fat Percentage of 30% (it is more important what our lean mass to fat ratio is than our actual weight). So watch the counter go down!

My hope is to inspire you. We all have to do our Tune-Ups – it is part of the Ideal Protein Maintenance Method. So if you are out there and on the fence about when to start your Tune-up, come and do it with me!
