Pre-measured Veggies Ready to Go!

It has been a great week. I was so ready to do this. That is what it takes, you have to be in the right frame of mind to start your Tune-up (or your Diet). The Ideal Protein Protocol works, it is a Scientific Formula, but you must be committed.

First couple of days were a little difficult just trying to get all my food in, or to remind myself that I was on protocol and to make sure to eat, drink, and take my supplements. The great thing is the wonderful feeling you get when you are in Ketosis. So much energy, a clear mind and sleeping well.

I decided to have a GOOD attitude about keeping my Diet Journal because in the long run it is going to keep my mind focused (we will check in on this in a couple of weeks to see how it has helped).

Keep it Simple that has been my mantra this week. I chose ready-made drinks, a few restricted snacks and then I made myself something fun to keep my interest (Chocolate Chip Muffins). To get in my veggies I measured my veggies and put them in baggies (grab and go).

Tips: I like to make my veggies up a day or two in advance and have them in baggies or containers.

Stress: My tip for stress eating is to always have something from the Unlimited Raw List around so that I can have that instead of Eating something I cannot have. This was a stressful week. My Mom is still recovering from a bad fall and still needs lots of help. I am the HELP! (I know that many of you have this situation in your life.) We have to think about ourselves too, or there will not be anyone to help our Loved Ones.
