Week 11 – September 15th, 2016
Body Fat Percentage: 35.7%
2 pounds and some inches. I feel like I am back on track. The focus this coming week is on drinking more water and working on some new recipes to keep my interest as we go into Fall.
I love soup so the red pepper and tomato soup has been a staple for me for the past two weeks as well as this Roasted Eggplant with Indian Spices (remember, both of these recipes contain veggies that are on the Occasional List ). I think I see Cauliflower in my future!

How to do the 10/15 challenge and be content.
I was missing my Ideal Protein Chocolate Chip Muffins on the 10 carb challenge. So, I did a little thinking and came up with 2 Orange Drinks and one Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix. (0+0+10=10) I also found that on days that I am more physically active that the 10 Ideal Protein Carbs are not enough, so I go a little higher on the carbs, or I add an Ideal Protein Branched Chain Amino Acid Drink. This gives me a little more protein to protect the muscle and fills me up with a few more calories. Learn more about BCAA.
BCAA and Orange Drink Smoothie – ice, a little water and both packets in the blender, then you have to decide if you eat it with a spoon or drink it. Some people think the Orange drink is a little too sweet – so I add a little squeeze of fresh lime of lemon juice to mine. Gives it a little more fresh citrus taste.
