Want to lose more each week?

After the last 2 weeks of having family here and enjoying myself I have to make up for lost time. So to challenge myself I am going to cut my carbs drastically and not only stay on the unrestricted side of the food wall but keep it to unrestricted foods completely and no more than 10 carbs of IP foods. Tickie is fond of the Chocolate Chip Pancakes and is going to keep under 15.

There is a sign- up sheet in the weigh in office – up your weight loss for just even a week. You might find out it is not as hard as you might think.

Even if you do this for a week to 2 weeks you will see how quickly the fat will fall off!
